We are not a first-time organiser
London Sangamam is new. The team running it is not. Ten years of events behind it.
Tamil Arts UK reaches a community that is hard to buy your way into and easy to reach honestly. Here is exactly what sponsorship gets you, and what we promise in return.
Cultural events reach an audience in a frame of mind that advertising never catches: relaxed, with family, spending an evening on something they care about. A brand that helped make that evening happen is remembered differently from one that interrupted it.
Our audience is predominantly British Tamil families across London and the South East, with a wide age range in the same room, from grandparents to children. For businesses selling to that community, whether that is groceries, property, financial services, travel or education, it is the shortest honest route to them.

A short report after the event: attendance, photographs and where your name appeared.
We keep the sponsor list short so each name is actually seen rather than lost in a wall of logos.
Figures below are placeholders until Karthik confirms them.

Visible presence on the day and around it.

Sound and lighting, printing, catering, photography, transport. All of it counts.
Marshalling, setting up, front of house. A few hours from enough people makes the day.
